Terms and Conditions


Appointments
Please allow plenty of time when booking on Saturdays, late nights or with a group, to maximise your choice and our availability. All appointments require a 50% deposit with a credit card or gift card to
secure your booking timeslot. A breach of the cancellation policy will result in the loss of your deposit or gift card. Online bookings require full prepayment and a breach of the cancellation policy will result in the loss of your payment. If you need to reschedule outside of the 48hr window, your payment will be held in credit. Please note we do not offer refunds only store credits. 
Cancellation Policy
Treatment times are reserved especially for you. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. For group bookings please allow 1 week to cancel or re-schedule. Failure to follow this policy will result in gift cards becoming void and/or loss of your booking payment. Please be advised you will be reminded of this policy at the time of your booking and in the SMS reminder sent out to your mobile 48 hours before your appointment. Please note we do not offer refunds only store credits. 
Arrival
Please arrive 10-15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing time to check in, change into your robe and slippers, relax and complete the necessary questionnaire prior to your treatment. Please consider other guests by turning off your mobile phone. Our recommendation is to not bring any valuables as the Spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings.
Late Arrival
So as to not inconvenience following guests, late arrival will only receive the remaining available scheduled time and will be charged at the full-service fee.
Children
Please arrange for childcare prior to your appointment as this Day Spa is not an appropriate venue for young children. Children are precious, however, so is quiet time that other guests are paying for.
Health Considerations
Our staff do not attend work if they are sick, however will work with a mask if they have a minor head cold. Please also respect our staff by re-scheduling appointments if you are very ill with the flu or in a contagious state. We request that you disclose any special needs, allergies, pregnancy, medical condition and/or prescription medication on your questionnaire or please notify reception, as some services may be contra-indicated.
Payment
Gift cards can be bought securely online using a credit card. Recipients treat gift cards like cash and use them at point of sale for in-spa services and products. We also accept visa, mastercard, bankcard, eftpos and cash. While we endeavour to keep our website and menu up to date, management reserves the right to change treatments and prices from time to time without notice.

Online bookings require full pre-payment. If you have a gift voucher, please call or email to book. We cannot refund your online payment if you arrive with a gift voucher. Please note we do not offer refunds only store credits. 

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Recipients treat gift cards like cash and use them at point of sale for in-spa services and products. They are valid for 3 years, unless bought as a promotion whereby the expiry date will vary from 6-18months. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. Gift vouchers CANNOT be used for online bookings until our software provider allows this, please call. Vouchers are transferable with prior arrangement and notification.
Promotions
Subscribe to our monthly enewsletter and follow our regular up to date Facebook entries by ‘liking us’ at www.facebook.com/covespa. We occasionally advertise last minute cancellation timeslots at a discounted price so keep a watch on our Facebook page. Only guests on our database have access to special enews promotions and offers.
